An intentional community of private homes clustered around shared space. 
Each of our attached or single family homes at Haystack Heights has traditional amenities, including a private kitchen. Our shared spaces feature a common house, replete with a larger kitchen and dining area, laundry, and recreational spaces. Shared outdoor space include walkways, the common green, and gardens. We share resources with our neighbors while maintaining independent lifestyles. Haystack Heights has been designed by its residents, making it unique to anything available in Spokane.
